Sandpaper, as the most common polishing tool, is mainly polished by thousands of abrasives on the surface. Do you know how the sand particles on sandpaper are fixed? Let's learn about the manufacturing process of sandpaper together.
1. Place the manufactured roll sandpaper substrate on the machine and open it. The sandpaper uses cloth, paper, and composite substrates. 2. After the sandpaper substrate enters the machine and passes through two rollers, specifications, dimensions, trademarks, and other information will be printed on the back of the sandpaper.
Two rubber rollers with printing function are used to print the cured adhesive. At this time, the computer will measure the density of the sand cloth coating to achieve the best curing effect of the adhesive. Then, electrostatic treatment is carried out, and the sand cloth coated with the adhesive is sent into the electrostatic chamber.
The 3 conveyor moves the prepared sand particles to the bottom of the drum, and the static electricity on the sand cloth forms an electric field with the ground. When the sand cloth passes through the air, the ground sand particles are sucked onto the sand cloth due to the effect of static electricity. In order to absorb enough sand particles, the sand cloth will repeatedly enter the static electricity chamber.
