Zirconium corundum Abrasive Properties:

Based on the physical and chemical properties and content of ZrO2, it is generally classified into low-zirconium corundum (ZrO2 10%-15%), medium-zirconium corundum (ZrO2 25%), and high-zirconium corundum (ZrO2 40%). Zirconia corundum has a primary crystalline phase of α-Al2O3, a secondary crystalline phase of baddeleyite, and a small amount of glass phase.

2. Zirconia corundum is tough, dense, high-strength, and has good thermal shock resistance. It is generally gray-brown in color. Its density is 4.05 g/cm3. It has excellent resistance to melt erosion and is often used as a lining material for glass kilns.
