First, the right choice

The correct selection of the blade can ensure that the blade is maximized. The cutting force of good quality impeller is relatively strong, can adapt to the cutting treatment of different strength materials, and its heat-resistant and wear-resistant characteristics can also complete large-scale equipment grinding and polishing, and its hardness is strong, and its service life is several times higher than that of similar cutting sheet products.

Two, enough pressure

Overuse can cause the blade to overload and overheat it, which will cause the blade to wear faster and reduce the effectiveness of the abrasive. At the same time, if not enough pressure is used, the blade will not engage the metal enough to effectively grind the surface, which will lead to longer grinding times and further wear.

Third, the correct use

The 100 blades are designed to work at one Angle. The Angle depends on your manufacture and what you are grinding, however, generally between 5-10 degrees flat/horizontal. If the Angle is too flat, then too many blade particles will immediately connect with the metal, causing the blade to wear faster. If the Angle is too high, the blade cannot be fully used. This will cause some of the blade wear too much, and not enough grinding.
