Material Selection and Pretreatment:
Before making X-wt rolls, we carefully pick high-quality raw materials. These materials usually have high strength, are wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant. They are the base for making top-quality abrasive rolls.
Before being used in production, the raw materials go through strict pretreatment. This includes cleaning, drying, and sieving. It's to get rid of impurities and control the size of the particles. That makes sure the materials are pure and even.
Application of Resin Bonding Agent:
When making X-wt rolls, we use high-performance resin bonding agents to stick the abrasive grains firmly to the substrate. This bonding agent has good adhesion, can handle heat well, and is wear-resistant. It can really make the abrasive rolls last longer and cut better.
The amount of the resin bonding agent we use, how we apply it, and the curing conditions are all controlled very precisely. This makes sure the bonding works well and is reliable.
Embedding and Fixing of Abrasive Grains:
The abrasive grains are the key part of X-wt rolls. Their quality and how they're spread out directly affect how well the product cuts and how long it lasts.
During production, we use a special embedding technique to spread the abrasive grains evenly on the substrate and fix them firmly with the resin bonding agent. This technique makes sure the abrasive grains stay in a stable position and angle when cutting. That makes cutting more efficient and accurate.
Hot Pressing and Curing:
After the abrasive grains are embedded and the resin bonding agent is put on, the substrate goes into a hot pressing machine to be pressed. During the hot pressing, the substrate is under high temperature and high pressure. That makes the resin bonding agent cure completely and form a solid abrasive layer.
The parameters for hot pressing and curing, like the temperature, pressure, and time, are all set and controlled exactly. This makes sure the quality and performance of the product are the best.
Surface Finishing and Inspection:
After hot pressing, the X-wt rolls get surface finishing. That means we remove the extra resin bonding agent and the uneven abrasive layers. This step makes the surface of the product smoother and looks better.
Then, the products go through a strict inspection process. This includes measuring the size, testing the hardness, and checking the cutting performance. We do all this to make sure every roll meets the quality standards.
Special Coating Treatment (if needed):
In some special situations where they're used, X-wt rolls might get an extra coating. This coating can make the product more wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, or lower the friction coefficient. That meets the special needs of the customers.
The choice of the coating, how we put it on, and the curing conditions are all made to order based on the specific situation and what the customers want.
