Fibre discs are heavy-duty discs, ideal for weld removal, grinding and blending large and small areas of metal surfaces. They feature a tough, hard backing made of vulcanized fibre that resists wear and can handle demanding grinding applications. They are an excellent choice for high-pressure applications.

Characteristics of resin fiber grinding discs:
The calcined alumina abrasive is more wearable, has stronger cutting power and a longer service life than the standard alumina fiber discs.
The heavy-duty vulcanized fiber backing makes the operation comfortable. It needs less pressure during the operation and guarantees safety.
It's 0.8mm thick for precise cutting.
The high-strength resin bonding system offers excellent texture support. It can resist heat and moisture. Its service life is longer than that of ordinary resin bonding.
Applications: Grades 24, 36, and 40 of coarse grit: suitable for super heavy deburring or grinding.
Medium grit sizes of 60, 80, and 120: suitable for medium deburring and fine finishing. Abrasives. Good for *ferrous metals* non-ferrous metals* hard woods* fiberglass* plastics* rubber* metalworking* furniture. (For stainless steel, nickel alloys, high-nickel alloys, and cobalt alloys, it's suggested to use zirconia alumina resin fiber discs.)
