Selection of sand belt running direction

When using overlapping sand belts, the direction of operation of the sand belt should be consistent with the direction marked on the back of the sand belt, otherwise the sand belt is prone to premature fracture during use and affect the surface quality of the processed workpiece. When using a docking belt, the direction of the belt's movement can be disregarded.

The normal end of the service life of the sand belt is only when the abrasive particles of the sand belt are basically dull and the sand belt loses its grinding performance. However, in the actual sand belt grinding process, due to poor quality of the sand belt, poor quality of the workpiece, equipment problems, and improper operation, the sand belt can also be scrapped when the abrasive particles are not blunt.
