TJ113 Soft Sanding Cloth Roll for wood-cloth backed abrasive roll

  1. Surface grinding, reducing static load, moderate width of abrasive belt, effectively removing grinding dust, delaying abrasive belt clogging, no burn marks.
  2. The base material can be cotton fabric or polyester, or a mixture of both. Cotton fabric material is suitable for most general purposes and some heavy-duty applications.
  3. Grinding and polishing of complex surfaces of metal, stainless steel, cast iron products, wood products, etc., removing surface rust, paint, burrs and weld seams, making the finish more perfect.

TJ113 wood-specific soft sanding cloth rolls are high-performance grinding materials specially designed for wood product polishing. They are made of brown corundum abrasive and J-type blended fabric base material, combined with phenolic resin adhesive. They feature softness, durability, and high-efficiency polishing. The grit range covers 60# to 600#, meeting various roughness requirements.
